Salary:
£31,190 – £34,532 per annum (based on annual performance reviews)
Full time role:
37 hours per week
Location: Gateshead (with flexibility to travel)

As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you’ll play a vital role in developing new relationships with businesses and stewarding existing supporters, ensuring they feel connected to our mission. You’ll be instrumental in growing income, delivering key fundraising events, and driving creative campaigns that inspire corporate and community partners to give.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Develop & Lead – Implement the Corporate Fundraising Strategy to meet fundraising targets
Build Relationships – Cultivate meaningful partnerships with businesses and community groups
Deliver Events – Manage and lead corporate fundraising events throughout the year
Secure Support – Create compelling fundraising proposals that attract corporate backing
Manage & Motivate – Support the Fundraising Engagement Officer and collaborate across teams
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in corporate fundraising, business development, or account management
Strong track record in relationship building and securing financial support
Experience managing fundraising budgets, events, and projects
Skilled in producing persuasive fundraising proposals
Confident in using databases and Microsoft Office tools
A motivated and enthusiastic individual who shares our Christian ethos and values
