Chefs Table is an intimate 10-seater fine dining restaurant located in West Malling. We focus on serving regularly changing tasting menus using locally sourced and foraged produce from Kent. Our strong commitment to sustainability in the hospitality industry drives us to support local farmers and food producers.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Chefs at all levels at Chefs Table. The Chefs will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, creating innovative menu items, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and working as part of a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Qualifications
* Culinary skills such as food preparation and cooking techniques
* Creativity and innovation in menu development
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Experience working in a fine dining establishment is a plus
* Culinary school degree or equivalent experience
