Job Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing professional to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. Directly reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive will be a key member of the Kent Express and Henry Schein Medical marketing team. This role will support the team in digitally marketing our brand and external supplier products to dental and GP surgeries. The Digital Marketing Executive will be involved in executing digital marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, PPC, SEO, paid social ads, web ads, inbound content workflows, and reporting.
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of digital platforms, including ecommerce, social media, CRM and analytics. The primary aim is to deliver ROI, whether by generating online sales or nurturing leads for our sales team. You’ll have a willingness to be involved in a wide variety of tasks and be willing to continuously learn and improve your skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working under tight deadlines while contributing effectively to a team, coupled with a proven track record of creating and delivering successful Google PPC and social media campaigns. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
* Working with external agencies to support and deliver PPC paid & social marketing ads (PPC and paid social), aimed at driving sales and generating leads for Kent Express and Henry Schein Medical products and services.
* Working alongside the Digital Marketing Executive at Kent Express to brief website banners.
* Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Executive at Kent Express and the Product Marketing Manager to create and upload web ads for Henry Schein Medical.
* Supporting the CRM Executive in the creation of email campaigns and assisting with video and imagery creation.
* Analysing campaign performance and reporting on ROI as part of monthly digital marketing performance.
* Analysing supplier marketing campaign performance and assisting with post-campaign analysis for suppliers.
* Ensuring all activities comply with GDPR regulations.
* Supporting the Marketing Administrator to create and brief price and free goods promotions.
* Working to company KPIs and team targets.
* This role is extremely varied; therefore, the job description is not exhaustive and the role holder will be required to participate in other duties as required by the business.

Skills & Experience
* HubSpot experience: landing pages, e-shots, social media, reporting, automated journeys
* SEO software: Conductor or SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner
* Social Media: writing engaging content, creating graphics and videos / gifs to be used on social media
* Canva, Photoshop, InDesign
* Google Analytics – GA4 preferable
