Senior National Account Manager - Retail/Etail You will report to the UK Head of Sales and drive business expansion, establishing strategic partnerships, and maximising sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and strengthen relationships with key accounts, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and implement effective strategies to increase product adoption. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, coupled with a deep passion for the skincare industry and experience in utilising sales data. This role will make a significant contribution to our ambitious global journey. You will play a key role in guaranteeing continuous profitable growth via our multichannel strategy, keeping Medik8 Values, Branding and Philosophy intact while strengthening the regional presence of one of the most innovative and conscious brands on the market Key responsibilities will include: Identifying and deploying the best strategies for our qualified partner(s) in each market to support our brand development; creating, monitoring and adjusting strong and ambitious forecasts for each of the strategic accounts. Develop and deploy effective strategies for our qualified partners in each market to support brand development and expansion. Continuously evaluate and adjust forecasts for strategic accounts to ensure strong and ambitious growth. Maximise the growth potential of each partner by continuously reevaluating customer P&L, market exposure, product and channel portfolio, and other relevant factors. Defining and implementing KPIs for all key partners ensuring adequate tracking of each activity is made visible to the business and results are communicated The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in managing multi-channels distributors and partners within the skincare and beauty industry in the UK market. Deep understanding of cross-channel businesses, customers, and pricing dynamics. Strong commercial, financial, and business acumen, with the ability to work with complex data and translate it into actionable plans for diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end negotiation management, including knowledge of legal and corporate governance principles.
