1. Lead and motivate a varied team within a busy restaurant/café.
2. Be sales driven, achieving company targets and budgets.
3. Ensure all legal compliance is achieved and company guidelines are followed.
4. Manage kitchen and front-of-house operations effectively.
5. Utilize an EPOS till system for operational efficiency.
6. Exhibit excellent cooking skills and food presentation.
7. Ensure appropriate menu offerings at all times with a high level of presentation in a hygienic and safe environment.
8. Manage waste and budgets with good margin control.
9. Demonstrate a passion for customer service and business management skills.
