Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit Reception staff to work in our busy Minor Injury Unit at the Princess of Wales Community Hospital. Various hours available, majority of which will be evenings, weekends and bank holidays. The Minor Injury Unit is open 7 days a week 8am-8pm. You will join a friendly team who provides a variety of Reception and Administrative duties to assist the smooth running of the Department. The successful candidates will support the patient and visitor flow with daily admin duties within the Minor Injury Unit, which will include arriving patients on the computer system, directing patients to relevant Departments, you must demonstrate a professional and sensitive manner maintaining confidentiality at all times. A good standard of education is required, previous experience of working in an admin / customer service setting and have excellent communication skills. You will need to be able to work as part of a team and be efficient and organised with your own workload.
