Job Opportunity: Deputy Director of Finance
Advance, a national provider dedicated to transforming the lives of people with disabilities or mental health conditions through quality housing and support services, is partnering with Venn Group to find a suitable candidate for the role of Deputy Director of Finance.
Location: Oxfordshire
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £90,000 per annum
Responsibilities
1. Provide leadership in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic objectives.
2. Review financial plans, update on cash flow and performance.
3. Prepare financial statements, liaise with auditors, ensure regulatory compliance.
4. Manage payroll efficiently.
5. Lead and develop a team of four finance staff.
6. Ensure the efficiency of finance systems and processes.
7. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies and promote organizational values.
Experience Requirements
1. Experience in the social housing sector.
2. Proven experience managing a finance function.
