Our specialist Holiday Complex Department is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our market leading team. The ideal candidate will have prior estate agency experience especially within prime markets; however, the position also offers in-house training to maximise a candidate’s potential and scope for further career progression. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a specialist department with opportunities to learn and grow in the industry.
The role entails:
1. You will be involved in all aspects of estate agency through the negotiation and progression of transactions to the management of both vendors and purchasers.
2. To generate new business and contribute to the wider success of the department.
3. There will be some Saturday working on a rota basis.
Desired skills and attributes:
1. Is self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
2. Is IT-literate and able to adapt quickly to new systems.
3. Organised.
4. Polite telephone manner.
A full UK driving licence and your own car is essential.
