Area to be covered: Midlands
Remuneration: £40,000-£50,000 + 30% uncapped commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager Industrial Roller Shutter Doors will involve:
* Field sales position, selling a comprehensive range of industrial roller shutter door products (steel fire doors, high speed doors, sectional doors) and services including repair and maintenance.
* Focusing on end user projects within numerous markets including Logistics, Construction, Waste Management, Retail, Manufacturing, Food Production, Pharmaceutical, IT, and Quality Engineering.
* Targeting middle management and health & safety offices predominantly.
* Targeted to achieve £400,000-£500,000 of turnover in your first year.
* Typically 3-4 customer visits per day, four days per week, one day working from home/admin.
* Following up on self-generated leads through your own dedicated contacts within the industrial door market.
* 75% new business role, pioneering for new projects by utilizing your existing client base, 25% account developing circa 30-40 customer accounts.
* Dealing with project values ranging from £2k - £100k+.
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Industrial Roller Shutter Doors with:
* Demonstrable field sales track record within the industrial industry, either industrial customers or associated industrial products such as tools, fixings, hygiene, doors, flooring, racking, etc.
* Ability to hit the ground running, with contacts within Logistics, Construction, Waste Management, Retail, Manufacturing, Food Production, Pharmaceutical, IT, and Quality Engineering advantageous.
* New business hunter.
* Incredibly proactive, driven, and motivated.
* Commercial acumen, resilient.
* Ideally some classical sales training.
