Some of the key Estate Administrator duties: Be the welcoming face of the office, managing reception duties and ensuring clear communication both internally and externally. Organise diaries, appointments, and meetings for senior staff and prospective tenants. Maintain accurate records on management software, ensuring compliance and up-to-date data. Prepare sales and letting particulars for the estate. Manage office supplies and ensure everything runs smoothly. Keep HR records up to date, ensuring contracts, training, and compliance documents are maintained. Support with projects to help convert a paper filing system to electronic. Coordinate tenancy reviews, informing relevant people and arranging appointments. Liaising with approved contractors. Provide general admin support including typing, printing letters, and preparing minutes for meetings.What We’re Looking For: Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Previous administration experience is essential. A proactive individual with a keen interest in streamlining and improving processes. Excellent communication skills with a confident and approachable manner. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.This will be working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday 8:45am-5:15pm, with a 1-hour lunch break, earning a salary of £28,000.
