**The Role**
As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will:
* Support the management team to oversee all aspects of our front of house operation
* Inspire and motivate your team to provide exceptional service to our guests
* Develop and grow your team, ensuring they are engaged, motivated and meeting Wagamama standards
* Contribute to nurturing a culture of fun, encouraging everyone on your team to be the best they can be
