As an Online Proposition Co-ordinator, you will play an integral part to help shape the end-to-end proposition for the George.com website, helping to shape the strategy & optimise the website through technology. Be part of the team who is responsible for the end-to-end proposition across the George.com website, setting the strategy and looking for opportunities to optimise and improve the website through technology solutions e.g. AI. Document the current ways of working, challenges, and pain points of the business stakeholders and end-users and work with SMEs to implement new and improved ways of working Be the central point of contact for the Technical Product Teams across the business helping to shape and deliver the development roadmap for George.com. Be the key stakeholder representing Ecommerce in Product tech meetings/squads across the business. Working with product/experimentation teams on 1 year strategy, feeding in all the ecommerce requirements, supporting prioritisation of roadmaps and business cases, through to delivery. Support in the delivery of new tech initiatives such as new tools, functionality and systems. Including vendor selection, trials, analysis, delivery through the Technology Product Teams. Support with the onboarding process for new tools/processes/functionality delivered into the team, managing the roll out and performance analysis. Provide user case feedback into Product Teams for new functionality, assessing any additional resource requirements.
