Role Overview: Our client is looking for a Used Car Sales Consultant to join their exciting multi-brand used car dealership in Plymouth. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be a vital part of the customer journey - offering expert advice, building lasting relationships, and delivering a smooth and enjoyable buying experience. You’ll join a privately-owned business with over 30 years of experience in the motor industry and become part of a team that believes in promoting from within, investing in training, and offering genuine career progression opportunities. About the Hours: This is a full-time role. Weekday hours are 08:00 – 18:00, with weekends worked on a rota basis (Saturday 09:00 – 17:00, Sunday 10:00 – 16:00). Key Responsibilities Communicate confidently with customers, offering expert knowledge on vehicles, specs, pricing, and finance products Build strong relationships with both customers and key business partners Work proactively on sales campaigns and promotions Deliver a professional, customer-first approach throughout the sales process Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all administrative and legal requirements Use your understanding of the used car market and competitor activity to position our offering effectively Support a positive team environment and contribute to the overall success of the dealership Why Apply?
