Polesworth Group Homes Ltd is a Registered Charity that has been providing support and accommodation to adults with learning disabilities since 1982.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care/Support Worker to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality care to our service users in a care home setting, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. You will be responsible for supervising staff members. Your leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively will be key in fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff. You must be able to undertake sleepover shifts.

Position Details:
* Job Title: Senior Care/Support Worker
* Hours: 26 - 30 hours per week, varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and sleeping-in duties.
* Pay: £12.34-£12.54 per hour
Enhanced disclosure of criminal records will be required for all posts.
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience in senior care or a similar role is essential.
* Driving licence and NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care are an advantage.
