My Public Sector Client based in Stoke-on-Trent, is looking for a Customer Advisor/Administrator to support their Family Public Law Team. This is a temporary assignment, paying £11.59, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm for 37.00 hours a week, for roughly 12 months. This role is fully onsite, with the potential for hybrid working in the future.

This role will require skills and experience in both customer service and administration, you will be required to spend 2 - 4 hours a day answering incoming calls on their service line and the rest of the day completing task based administrative work.
Telephony queries will primarily be from third parties looking for updates to applications/orders, such as local authorities or solicitors, however you will also receive calls from the general public. You will not be required to provide advice; it is a purely informational service line.
Full training for this role will be provided, with a 6 week onsite academy in place to provide you with the tools and confidence to complete your role successfully.
Skills required:
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Experience using Microsoft applications
* Able to prioritise workload and adapt to changeable deadlines
* Good communications in both written and verbal form
* Have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and apply high levels of attention to detail
