Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming. This role is crucial in providing a pleasant environment for both Residents and visitors.
Duties
1. Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including but not limited to offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
2. Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised as required.
3. Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies.
4. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs to management.
5. Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
1. Experience is preferred although not essential as full training will be provided.
2. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
4. Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes.
