We are recruiting for Female Support Workers to support 3 ladies who share their home in Westhill, Aberdeenshire. The people we support have faced a lot of challenges in the past because of their learning disabilities but this hasn’t stopped them from enjoying life! They enjoy lots of activities, including gardening, arts and crafts, puzzles, going to the theatre and concerts and going for spa days. Our support team are very diverse and work well together to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes. This can include: • Supporting them with medication• Cooking• Assisting with personal care and mobility• Maintaining the homes of people supported and managing their finances Our team provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so we are looking for some flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including some weekends and sleepovers. We are looking for a 2 part-time Support Workers for 20 hours per week and our ideal candidate would hold a full UK driving license, as the ladies we support love to go out for a drive. Our promise has always been clear: we will do everything in our power to improve pay for colleagues. And so, if you start with us between now and 31 March your pay with be £12.50 and then from the 1st April, this will increase to £13.01 Your values:
