Position
An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Manager based at Ayrshire Central Hospital.
What you will do:
The post holder would be responsible for the day to day management of the administration team and administration processes/systems. Contribute to and lead service development both locally and Nationally working alongside the Director of Breast Screening and Superintendent Radiographer. Ensuring the provision of work practices provides a comprehensive, high quality screening service working within the national guidelines as well as providing timeous and accurate reports.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You must have excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload. Medical terminology and a working knowledge of a patient call/recall system would be advantageous.
As an administration manager you will be required to work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing a high quality screening service to the eligible population of Ayrshire & Arran and Dumfries & Galloway Health Board areas.
