Experienced Learning Support Assistant - Witney Are you a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference? We are seeking an experienced LSA to provide 1:1 support for a child in Year 3 with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including attachment difficulties and Autism. Location: Witney Contract: Full-time, term-time only Support Focus: 1:1 interventions in the afternoon to help the child achieve KS2 academic targets Key Responsibilities: Providing tailored Learning Support Assistant support to meet the child's individual learning needs Creating a structured and supportive environment to help them feel secure and engaged Using positive reinforcement strategies to build confidence and independence Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to track progress and adjust interventions as neededLearning Support Assistant We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with children with SEN, Autism, and attachment needs Is patient, understanding, and able to build strong, trusting relationships Can adapt their approach to suit the Witney child's learning style and emotional needs Has a creative and encouraging attitude to inspire progress Works well within a team and is confident communicating with teachers and parents Holds relevant experience or qualifications in supporting SEN (desirable but not essential)The Witney Primary?
