The Recruitment Co is currently recruiting an experienced Supply Chain Administrator. This an exciting opportunity to join an Internationally recognised Manufacturer in the Nutritional Supplement Industry.
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £35,000pa
Hours of work: Full Time, Day Shift, Monday - Friday
Holiday Allowance: 33 days per annum (25+8)
Overview: Working to the instructions of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Supply Chain administrator is responsible for stock accuracy, health and safety of themselves and others in there working area.
General Duties
* All processes/ SOP's to be always followed
* Sage transactions
* Ensuring the area are always kept clean and tidy
* Self-awareness of health and safety in the area and report any issues to the warehouse supervisors
* Support with weekly cycle counts and stock accuracy
* Support with weekly reports and clean down of virtual warehouses
Health & Safety
* Champion for Health & Safety and Environment.
* Ensure operators are working in a risk-free environment.
* Ensuring the area are always kept clean and tidy
Goods Inward
* All stock items delivered must be processed with in an 8HR shift
* Discrepancies or missing documentation must be reported to the relevant sections
* Vehicle check must take place before deliveries are off loaded and any issues must be reported to the warehouse supervisor/manager
* Completion of all relevant documentation and cross referencing with the supplier documentation. Reporting any discrepancies
* Booking in of stock on line 200 and the generation of the GRN labels
* Ensure that all deliveries are on the correct pallets for storage in the warehouse locations also the application of the GRN labels to the outer packaging
* Locating of stock into the correct storage areas and the sage transactions and application of pallet sheets
* Supporting the warehouse supervisor with cleaning down weekly reports
Raw Material/ Packing
* Printing of works order both raw material and finished goods
* Updating of works orders to reflect the calculation sheets provided by the technical team
* Batching of raw material works orders
* Transfer and allocation of works orders
* Creation of probiotic pick sheets this includes the picking of the probiotic and the reconciliation of the surplus stock.
* Stock management of stock locations
* Stock accuracy of both raw materials and packaging items through Weekly cycle counts
* Accuracy of works order picking
* Support with creating and picking of the expired stock items and the transfer of stock to the quarantine warehouse on sage
* Supporting the warehouse supervisor with cleaning down weekly reports
* Printing, amending and allocation of works orders and GRN labels
* Creation of the replenishment picking request for the monthly requests. This is received from the production team monthly.
* Report any issues with stocks relation to the monthly pick back to the warehouse manager and the fer team.
OTIF/ attainment to plan
* Ensure appropriate plans are completed and discrepancies are reported accurately.
* Ensure blockers to OTIF are removed or resolved.
* Request from the Quality Department approvals to support dispensary and packaging plan and overcome blockers to delivery.
Continuous improvement
* Developing and owning departmental improvement plans.
* Support and guide groups to ensure improvements are delivered.
