You are responsible for the day-to-day administration /operational activity which can include scheduling maintenance inspections to site HVAC equipment, ordering supplies, managing vendors, processing invoices and other general administrative tasks, using Service Max software. You will also be required to access client SAP systems to view upcoming maintenance tasks prior to uploading service reports and closing tasks to meet client KPI’s. How you will do it Report to the Service manager and site based JCI supervisor, with daily interaction with client’s maintenance lead. Responsible for the planning and scheduling of our front-line service delivery team using JCI Service Max application. Operate client SAP systems to interact with JCI Service Max Manage customer enquiries. Process invoices and help with AR & AP enquires, Order supplies, & general managing of vendors. Liaise with regional JCI office to request mobile technician support as required. Support administrative tasks across the operational team. What we look for Someone who is organised & can prioritise tasks Experience with Microsoft Office suite & with ordering & invoicing systems Excellent communication skills both verbally and written Ability to work independently & also as part of a wider team Experience building & maintaining relationships with Client, Engineers, Venders etc Previous experience in an administration role is desired Previous experience of Service Max & SAP operating systems is desired SC Clearance is required for site access; this will be actioned prior to initial start date.
