A bit about the job: As a Fraud Intelligence Researcher, you will play a vital role in identifying and disrupting fraudulent activities within our Claims Fraud Intelligence Team. By conducting research and maintaining data integrity, you will support our Intelligence Analysts in detecting and analysing organised claims fraud. Your responsibilities will include managing intelligence data, conducting research using internal and external datasets, and delivering intelligence products that protect our claims process and safeguard our customers. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong IT proficiency, including experience with Excel, Word, and database management. Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and meet deadlines. Demonstrable problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. Previous experience with data entry, research, or fraud detection tools.
