Your daily duties will include: Measuring and cutting wood to fit specific job requirements Building wooden frameworks for construction projects Installing doors, door frames, and trim to ensure secure and precise fitting Supervising and coordinating maintenance staff as required Providing excellent customer service by addressing client concerns effectively Maintaining accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory Interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to complete tasks efficiently Conducting routine inspections to identify and resolve potential issues Carrying out general maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, and minor electrical work Essential Requirements Full clean driving licence (manual) Strong mechanical knowledge with experience using various tools and equipment Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and installing doors and frames Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients and team members Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate other maintenance staff Professionalism and commitment to high-quality service delivery Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and interpret schematics when required Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions Desirable Experience (Non-Mandatory) Experience fitting fire doors What We Offer A stable, permanent role with a competitive salary Opportunities for professional development and growth Overtime availability to enhance earnings Supportive and dynamic work environment Apply Now This vacancy is posted on behalf of our client.
