About the role
Business Performance Team are looking for a self-learner, talented and performance driven individual to join us on 12-month placement for 2025.
If you are a current undergraduate student studying a numerate or analytical degree with an interest in data analysis, this role could be for you!
You will be responsible for the:
Build, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence tools and look for new opportunities to leverage technology to drive performance
Evaluate automation opportunities and look for new opportunities to leverage technology solutions to drive performance and streamline processes
Supporting Business Performance Manager in the development of data modelling, data visualisation, and data reporting efforts to uncover areas requiring process improvement.
About you
We are seeking an undergraduate student pursuing a minimum of a 2.1 grade in a related degree such as Mathematics, Economics, Computing, or other numeric STEM degrees. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, enabling them to tackle complex data analysis and interpretation tasks effectively. They should have experience in process optimisation and decision science, with a solid understanding of machine learning principles. Proficiency in data visualisation tools and advanced Excel is essential to present data insights clearly and effectively.
