As part of their expansion, they are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of financial controls, enhance internal compliance, and drive financial efficiency across the business. Responsibilities: Assist with cash flow management Review and maintain the fixed asset register Prepare monthly management accounts Lead the month-end close process Process month-end journals, accruals and prepayments Reconcile intercompany accounts Assist with the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts Assist with the development and maintenance of financial models and projections Monitor KPIs and provide financial analysis to the business Involvement in ad-hoc projects Key Requirements Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Experience within industry is essential Strong technical accounting knowledge Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience preparing management accounts and financial reports Proficiency in accounting software Experience of Power BI or similar Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders The Benefits: Competitive salary Bonus On-site parking Career progression Exposure to strategic decision making To apply for this Finance Manager job please click on the link below or contact Laura Haggan to discuss in the strictest confidence.
