My client is looking for a customer services administrator to deal with all customer queries in a professional and courteous manner, including receiving incoming calls, taking telephone orders, promoting new products, and encouraging repeat orders.
Duties to include:
* Prepare customer daily sales orders ready for dispatch by the warehouse team, ensuring products, pricing, and credit terms are correct.
* Maintain up-to-date customer records.
* Ensure Health & Safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
* Liaise with new and existing customers regarding their queries, placing orders, etc.
* Liaise with the Customer Services Manager regarding customer orders, queries, and warehouse-related queries.
* Liaise with the Finance Manager regarding more complex financial queries.
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
* Previous experience in a customer-focused role required.
* Vocational qualification in customer services is desirable.
* Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
* Experience of Sage accounts package desirable but not essential.
