The Finance and Performance team for High Secure Services is based at Broadmoor Hospital in Crowthorne. A vacancy for a has arisen on the Broadmoor Site for a Performance & Data Quality Analyst, this is a part time role covering 15 hours over 2 days per week.
Applicants must have proven experience in informatics and information management within the NHS or similar complex organization and be able to demonstrate their ability to provide information reports and data analysis of a complex nature.
Successful applicants will be well organized, flexible and quick to learn and be able to communicate complex information to a wide range of stakeholders.

The roleprovides analytical analysis and administrative support to the High Secure Services Performance Team. Including providing activity and performance information for the operational management of the service and working as an effective and integral part of the Performance Team to ensure information meets the service and commissioning needs. The post holder will support the Performance Manager by actively engaging in data quality improvement initiatives and engaging with managers to advise and resolve Information reporting issues.
