Job Description Account Director Location: London circa 4 days a week remote up to £80k base Benefits Commission (uncapped) Permanent “I help the NHS save £15 million last year”, this could be you Millions of pounds a year and thousands of man hours are wasted through inefficient and poor procurement processes with the NHS themselves identifying it as a major cause for concern. Fortunately, I’m working with an expanding global software business who build cloud-first software solutions to simplify, streamline and automate purchasing and supply chain processes, tailored specifically for the NHS They are already facilitating over 50,000,000 transactions and exceeding £10 billion a year in supplier spend and can help decision makers to save up to 87% in their current spend. With a new government, a mandate to find efficiencies and increased funding, they are already ahead of their revenue goals, but they need more strategy sales firepower to continue to meet demand Are you ready for the challenge? What you’ll be doing: You’ll be joining an expanding sales team, working with the head of sales and the wider account management team to identify opportunities in new accounts and exploring opportunities with existing accounts. Much of the sales process will centre around engaging with frameworks, networking, meeting decision makers and organising the sales team in demonstrating the solutions, highlighting efficiencies, showing cost savings and getting the sale over the line. You’ll be selling a unique suite of cloud services with fantastic market coverage, good brand awareness, ready to enable NHS customers save money to the tune of £15,000,000, so much of the sales process will be helping a range for stakeholders understand the value proposition. What you’ll need: You’ll need to demonstrate you understand a SaaS sales process and have experience in selling into an NHS Trust environment, so knowledge of how to navigate public sector frameworks like G-Cloud or SBS etc will be important but experience understanding both how these customers operate, who the decision makers are, who might hold a power of veto and how to progress sales in this environment.
