Within this Vehicle Technician role your typical duties will include: Servicing vehicles – clutches, cambelts, timing chains / belts, suspension, brakes, pads, discs etc Repairing and replacing faulty parts and components. Advising the Vehicle Service Receptionists about required repairs. Maintaining repair and service records in line with company policies Diagnosing the cause of a problem. Repairing the problem on the customers car in line with manufacturers’ best practices Testing existing and repaired systems. Be a team player and assist other mechanics when required. You will ideally live within a sensible commute of the Redhill area, have a minimum of three years’ experience of Vehicle Maintenance and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
