We are currently recruiting for a supervisor to work for our national client based in Oxford. You will be joining our client at an exciting time as they are expanding their workforce.
The role will see you supervising various teams including catering and cleaning staff. It will be your responsibility to lead the team regarding rotas, monitor various onsite procedures, and implement change to benefit both cost savings and efficiency. You will also attend regular managers' meetings to discuss issues and implement change across all services. Our client prides itself on providing the highest level of service to its clients; it is your responsibility to regularly collate audits to confirm standards set out are regularly achieved.
Responsibilities include:
1. Daily communication with area managers to discuss updates on daily cleaning tasks.
2. Ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed according to the schedule and SLA.
3. Training and developing all staff across the contracts.
4. Updating weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
5. Assigning cleaners with the appropriate daily cleaning duties.
6. Ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly audits are completed and carried out.
7. Deputising as necessary for the Senior Cleaning Manager when required.
To be successful in the role, you will need to have great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all staff across all sites. Basic IT skills are required, preferably Microsoft Office.
The role is working Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:00 & occasional weekend work, £13.79 per hour.
