Overview
1. Receptionist working for part of the NHS based on the outskirts of Cardiff.
2. The office is accessible via some public transport links and offers parking.
3. This role is 30 hours per week and office-based, Monday to Thursday.
Your new role
4. Greeting visitors to the facility warmly and offering them help immediately.
5. Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area.
6. Signing in visitors and supplying them visitor's badges
7. Setting up meeting facilities
8. Arranging for catering for meetings and daily office use
9. Providing customer support
10. Interacting with other departments such as Information Technology (IT) when someone needs more technical assistance.
11. Scheduling appointments and meeting times
12. Maintaining front door security and reporting any suspicious activity
13. Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance

What you'll get in return
You'll join a busy team working Monday to Thursday covering the main reception. You'll earn a rate of £ per hour and this role may be extended past the initial 3-month duration. This is a good opportunity to gain experience working within the NHS.
