The role of Technical Sales for Bespoke Stairlifts is a new opportunity, which has developed through growth and management desire to have the full technical support and solution for all our clients. The ability to demonstrate Bespoke products and features, evaluating client needs and knowledge gaps, and recommend solutions. This may also include organising sales visits, whilst liaising with the Internal Sales Team.
LOCATION: 3 Millfield Road, Cottingley Business Park, Bingley, West Yorkshire, BD16 1PY

As this is a senior role, reporting into the Operations Director, you will manage a small team and will have full responsibility and autonomy for inventory control through the manufacturing cycle, optimising production levels and increasing profitability.

* Proven experience in a Technical Sales or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding expected customer satisfaction.
* Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and negotiate with customers.
* Strong presentation and persuasion skills to showcase product features and benefits.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Familiarity with CRM software and tools for technical sales and customer relationship management.
* Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
