⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per year (DOE)

Your Role as a Care Support Coordinator:
As a key part of our team, you will:
Ensure sufficient cover to deliver high-quality care
Coordinate and allocate Care Assistants efficiently
Process new referrals and schedule visits
Manage rotas, sickness cover, and holiday planning
Work closely with the Registered Manager and Care Supervisor

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong organisational and IT skills
✔ A full UK driving licence and local area knowledge
✔ Ability to work under pressure and adapt when needed
