Role: Cover Supervisor
Location: Immingham, Lincolnshire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
Salary: Starting at £110 per day, with potential to rise based on experience.
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher. This is a great opportunity for those looking to make a difference in education while enjoying work-life balance during term time only.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
* Ensure students remain on task and follow instructions
* Manage student behavior in line with school policies
* Provide support and guidance to students as needed
* Foster a positive, engaging classroom environment

* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Confidence in managing classrooms and supporting students
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
