About the job: To provide comprehensive assistance to members calling into the Emergency Services department and to supply the appropriate help, support and guidance for any incident covered by Red Pennant - The Caravan and Motorhome Club's overseas holiday insurance.
Please note:
Fluency in French, Spanish, German or Italian is an essential requirement for this temporary role which commences between March and September. A rota is provided to cover a working week of 35 hours between 8am and 9pm Monday to Sunday, including Bank holidays. Leave and lieu time available where applicable. Full training will be provided.
Key Tasks/Accountabilities:
* Manage all incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
* Maintain a clear and complete record of each assistance case and follow through on all assistance cases to completion.
* Ensure that any service failures or potential problems are escalated to the Deputy Manager or Business Manager.
* Advise members and answer queries regarding claims relating to any Club overseas holiday policies.
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
* Good standard of education – including English Language GCSE or equivalent.
* High level of organisation required.
* To work well as part of a team.
* To be able to manage multiple assistance cases and prioritise effectively.
* To be able to remain calm and focused under pressure.
* To be driven by providing the highest level of member care and service.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A good knowledge of French, Spanish, German or Italian.
