Are you ready to take on the challenge of delivering effective commercial and operational arboricultural services? We are seeking a skilled individual to lead in providing specialist planning advice, managing contractors, and evaluating complex arboricultural assessments. This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of GBP 46,165.00 - GBP 54,312.00, along with the opportunity for hybrid working, including one day in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage demanding caseload of specialist planning advice
* Evaluate and carry out arboricultural assessments of large-scale complexity
* Lead the development and review of complex plans, policies, and guidance
Preferred Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in effective commercial delivery of arboricultural services
* Proven ability to build professional, client-focused culture and high-level client relationships
* Strong capability in collecting, analyzing, and presenting complex data and evidence
* Experience in leading commercial development and bidding on high-value opportunities
* Ability to design and undertake complex arboricultural surveys with new tools and techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, or related field
* Professional membership with relevant arboricultural bodies
* Chartered Arboriculturist status
