About the role:

Join our dynamic team in Briscoes Cambridge as a Duty Manager, where your role will focus on team leadership, running shifts, training and coaching team members, and leading the charge on providing an exceptional customer experience. We're looking for someone that's available to work full-time, Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

What will you be doing?
* Operating the tills
* Leading the team to provide first-class customer service
* Responsible for running a shift
* Training and coaching the team
* Supporting online customers by efficiently picking and packing orders
* Ensuring accurate pricing on tickets
* Maintaining a clean and tidy department
* Being a Health & Safety advocate
What will you need to bring to this role?
To be successful in this role:
* Previous Duty Manager experience is preferred
* Passionate about pursuing a retail career
* A reliable and trustworthy work ethic
* Can build a great rapport with the team
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work flexible hours/weekends
* A commitment to Health and Safety in the workplace
