We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie with a valid DBS check to join our team in Nottingham. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, preparing high-quality meals in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your section.
* Assist in menu planning and ensuring dishes meet dietary and nutritional requirements.
* Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
* Manage stock levels and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when necessary.
* Keep workstations and kitchen equipment clean and well-maintained.
Requirements:
* A valid DBS certificate (essential due to the nature of the role).
* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
* Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet service deadlines.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
