We have a great opportunity for a career-minded Deputy General Manager (DGM) to help lead our wonderful team in developing the huge potential of a totally amazing high-energy business.
The Red Barn, but not as you know it. We are looking to appoint a new Deputy General Manager to help lead the team at the re-opening of the iconic seafront pub restaurant following a major re-modelling over the winter. The DGM will be inducted into the broader business training in other H&W locations in preparation for the Red Barn to be re-opened in the Spring.

Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience and knowledge of supervising high-volume branded pub operations with a busy seasonal profile is essential.
