Service Delivery Representative
Onsite: Uttoxeter, UK
Working for 3T Logistics, you will be based in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire. As the Service Delivery Representative, you will be responsible for assisting the 3T Service Delivery Manager in the day-to-day operations. You will support with all administrational tasks associated with the provision of transport and system services. The client operates demanding delivery schedules, and you will assist in ensuring the smooth running and timely aspect of this operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Build excellent relationships internally within 3T and key stakeholders within the client business.
* Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager, supporting in all aspects of on-site operations, as required.
* Possess a comprehensive understanding of the 3T systems and planning process.
* Develop in-depth knowledge on client operations, with a view to support improvement initiatives.
* Support the team with any client requests for data or analysis, as required.
Operations
* Manage 3T systems to ensure automated and manual orders are successfully planned.
* Liaise daily with 3T teams on an operational basis.
* Support the client with any on-site operational issues.
* Support regular client operational reviews, as required.
* Resolve any 3T system issues as they arise, determining root cause and corrective actions.
Invoice Auditing
* Manage carrier invoice process, ensuring all transport providers adhere to the agreed process.
* Audit each carrier invoice, analysing backing data and discrepancies.
* Ensure all invoices are correctly inputted on the system.
Carrier Management
* Manage day-to-day transport and carrier related issues associated with the operation.
* Discuss, establish, and communicate any corrective actions.
* Raise special transport requests.
* Create key carrier reports, monitoring on-going performance.
* Attend carrier meetings, as required, for performance, account, and system reviews.
Reporting & Cost Saving Initiatives
* Assist with generation of data regarding service and cost.
* Drive cost saving initiatives.
* Prepare and distribute weekly operational/system reports, including commentary on trends and actions.
About You:
* A-level or degree educated.
* Microsoft proficient (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* 1-2 years’ experience within a supply chain environment (preferred).
* Highly organised, with a background in admin support (preferred).
* Excellent communication skills, collaborating with all levels within the client business.
* Initiative-taking, diligent, and effectively able to prioritise own workload.
