This company, based in Warrington, is an established leader in the FMCG industry. This role is a full time, permanent position and is available due to the business going through an exciting period of growth.
Job Description
* Processing high volume invoices
* Reconciling supplier statements.
* Assisting in month-end procedures.
* Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries.
* Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring payments are made accurately and on time.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date ledgers.
* Working closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
* AAT Qualification would be beneficial.
* Proven experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk role or similar is essential.
* Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
