We are recruiting for a full-time, permanent Office Administrator to work in an established business based in Spalding. This is a fully office based position, working Monday to Friday. The salary is up to £25,000 and the company will consider someone at the start of their career looking to progress in an office career. To be successful you will need to be professional and willing to learn, with impeccable written and verbal communication skills. Duties will include but not be limited to: Provide support to the company with administration duties Responsible for printing, photocopying, scanning Document handling and binding including electronic filing and organising Assist other teams when required with handling incoming telephone calls Assist with adhoc tasks and projects You will need to be organised and flexible, willing to help teams and departments when required, including prioritising urgent tasks.
