Recruitment Account Manager
Location: Central Bolton | Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 DOE + Bonus

As an Account Manager you will:
1. Be the go-to person for some of the UK's most recognised employers, building strong client relationships.
2. Deliver top-tier recruitment solutions by collaborating with resourcing teams to find the perfect match for roles.
3. Drive account growth and success by identifying new opportunities and maximizing client profitability.
4. Develop creative direct-sourcing strategies, using platforms like LinkedIn, social media, and CV databases to attract the best talent.
Our Account Management team are:
1. Results driven, hands-on, passionate, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
2. Experienced in recruitment, candidate resourcing, and client delivery.
3. Committed to delivering the best service to our clients, working directly with the resourcing teams to hire the best fit candidates for roles.
4. Motivated to expand client accounts, acquire new business, and drive account performance.
5. Business development focused and driven to implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
6. Motivated to build and maintain strong relationships with lapsed and existing clients while identifying opportunities for new business.
7. Committed to engaging with marketing in the design, development, and implementation of innovative direct-sourcing strategies including job adverts and the use of platforms such as LinkedIn, CV databases, talent pooling, networking, social media, etc.
8. Effective in shortlisting and promoting candidates each day to suitably match candidates to current opportunities and drive new business opportunities.
