● Is Committed to Collaboration: School leadership can be a lonely job but being aheadteacher within a multi-academy trust enables you to work closely with other schoolleaders to support and challenge one another to ensure the very best outcomes.
● Manages Finances Effectively: Has some experience in financial management, with theability to link financial planning to the school's strategic priorities.
● Is Committed to Positive Outcomes for All: Ensures that each and every child, regardless ofbackground, has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
