Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

Salary: £35,000–£45,000 per annum
We’re working with a modern and ambitious accountancy and professional services firm in Merseyside, looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to elevate their brand and drive business development through strategic marketing. This is a pivotal hire — ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, innovation, and delivering tangible impact through multi-channel campaigns and partnerships with the senior leadership team.
About the Business: Our client is a dynamic, culture-driven accountancy and professional services firm experiencing exciting growth. They are renowned for their personal approach, long-term client relationships, and collaborative internal culture. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a marketing leader who can sharpen their brand presence, generate new opportunities, and contribute to their growth strategy.
The Role: As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the firm’s marketing and brand strategy, working closely with the Partner group to define and execute growth-focused initiatives. From digital content to offline campaigns and events, you’ll be responsible for amplifying visibility, driving engagement, and supporting lead generation across key sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver marketing strategies aligned with the firm’s growth objectives
* Own the marketing calendar and drive initiatives across digital, social, content, and offline channels
* Plan and run targeted campaigns to build brand awareness and generate new business leads
* Oversee website management, SEO optimisation, and performance analytics
* Create and curate engaging content, including blogs, videos, and thought leadership
* Lead social media strategy and manage day-to-day engagement (primarily LinkedIn)
* Collaborate with Partners to identify opportunities for client development and referrals
* Manage relationships with external agencies, media outlets, and event organisers
* Track marketing ROI, produce regular campaign reports, and present insights to the leadership team
* Maintain and grow prospect and referrer databases to support business development efforts
* Organise and attend events, including seminars, conferences, and networking functions
* Champion internal marketing, promoting culture and team engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
* CIM-qualified or similar, with a strong grasp of modern marketing strategy
* Proven track record in a marketing or growth role, ideally within professional services
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and CRM tools
* Exceptional communication skills and an eye for impactful storytelling
* Commercial mindset with the ability to align marketing with business development
* Confident working independently and collaboratively with senior stakeholders
* Highly organised, proactive, and creative — someone who gets things done
