St Patricks Catholic Primary would like to appoint a cook to join the staff of our hard working,
friendly team.
The successful candidate must:
* Ensure the day to day running of the school kitchen is meeting Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust standards.
* Prepare and serve healthy and nutritious meals to the pupils.
* Ensure good kitchen practices and cooking methods.
* Organise and liaise with the catering manager.
* Maintain a high standard of personal and kitchen hygiene.
* Supervise all relevant personnel within the catering operation.
* Complete all relevant administration, purchasing and stock control and financial processes in accordance to the trust procedures and standing orders.
* Pro-actively work in partnership with all stakeholders to promote healthy eating and sales.
