Your Role as an English ECT
As a member of the English faculty, you will be expected to:
* Deliver engaging, thought-provoking, and academically rigorous English Literature and Language lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
* Encourage independent thinking and critical analysis, fostering a love for literature and the English language.
* Differentiate instruction to support a diverse range of learners, ensuring that all students are challenged appropriately.
