Sales Coordinator
Salary £27,000
Monday - Friday 08:00-17:00pm (to include a 45-minute un-paid lunch break daily)
25 days Holidays + stats days (25 to include 3-4 for the period of the Christmas break when we are closed)

Your Role:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our sales operations, ensuring every quote and order is handled with precision and care. From the moment a customer reaches out to the final delivery, you’ll be instrumental in providing a seamless experience, building trust, and exceeding expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Processing customer quotes and orders efficiently via email, phone, and web platforms.
* Upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales potential and provide customers with the best solutions.
* Handling customer inquiries, offering expert product knowledge, and ensuring a positive experience.
* Following up on quotes, ensuring conversions, and maintaining strong relationships.
* Supervising inbox activity and ensuring all customer communications are addressed promptly.
* Collaborating with internal teams (Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and Purchasing) to ensure smooth operations.
