You'll assist the Financial Services Manager in managing finance systems, ensuring compliance, and driving improvements. You'll also supervise Finance Technicians, a Trainee Finance Officer, and a Finance Apprentice. Key Responsibilities:
Administer finance systems and act as a Business Advisor.
Liaise with ICT and suppliers for system support.
Manage EFin, Civica, and other finance systems.
Support Finance Business Partners in accounting services.
Promote business and financial skill development.
Deliver finance and system training to staff.
Identify and implement financial system improvements.
Provide financial advice to management teams and boards.
Support external and internal audit processes.
Improve financial systems and manage upgrades.
Supervise and develop finance staff.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in finance systems management.
Strong technical liaison skills.
Proficiency in EFin and Civica.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Ability to drive process improvements.
Knowledge of finance codes and standards.
Strong organisational skills.
