Growth Manager (Paid Marketing, Email and Funnel Marketing) Department: Marketing Salary: £60,000 bonus (DOE) Location: London Bridge & Remote Reports To: Founder Job Summary: The Growth Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising the sales and marketing funnels to maximise lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention for The Creator Academy, The Creator Accelerator and The Creator OS. This role requires a deep understanding of lead generation, digital marketing strategies, customer journey mapping, user experience and data analytics to effectively drive sales. The Funnel & Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Chris, sales, product and operations, and content, to align marketing efforts with business objectives. We are looking for an implementer, not just a strategist. But someone who is hands on making this work happen. You will be hands on, working with the team and freelancers but also manage agencies and hire a marketing executive to support you on implementation. Key Responsibilities: Funnel & Email Management: Design, implement, and manage the marketing funnel to guide prospects through the buyer's journey of the various digital products. Analyse and optimise each stage of the funnel to improve conversion rates and overall ROI. Optimise CD's newsletter step by step and social to create personalised funnels that deliver for the Creator businesses. Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into customers. Concept, design and implement lead magnets (with design and development support). Identify and remove bottlenecks in the funnel to enhance the customer experience. Campaign Management: Run the paid ads to promote The Creator Accelerator, The Digital Product Accelerator, The Creator Academy, and The Creator OS. Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, SEO, content marketing, etc.) to drive traffic and generate leads. A/B test marketing strategies to determine the most effective approaches for lead generation and conversion. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective and deliver measurable results. Data Analytics: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the marketing funnel, such as lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLV). Generate reports to provide insights into funnel performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Use marketing automation tools and CRM systems to segment audiences and personalise marketing efforts. Customer Journey Mapping: Map the customer journey from awareness to post-purchase to understand touch points and optimise the user experience. Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless transition from marketing to sales and onboarding. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and strategies. Partner with content creators, designers, and developers to produce compelling marketing materials and landing pages. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to inform marketing strategies. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation. Qualifications: 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on funnel management, digital marketing, or performance marketing. Proven track record of managing and optimising marketing funnels to drive business results. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Convert Kit, Hubspot). Experience working with digital products and cohorts is a bonus Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media. Knowledge of customer journey mapping and user experience optimisation. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
